MC TAXATION & BAS SERVICES (ABN 37 247 128 183) is a registered BAS agent and tax return service based in Seven Hills, Blacktown NSW, serving clients face-to-face in Western Sydney and online Australia-wide.

This policy explains how we handle the personal and business details you share with us through this website, by phone, by email or in person.

When you use our enquiry, booking, quote or onboarding forms we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and the information you choose to tell us about your tax, BAS or bookkeeping needs.

If you become a client, we also collect the documents and records needed to prepare your tax returns, BAS or bookkeeping — such as income statements, invoices, bank records and payroll details.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, deliver the services you have booked, and meet our record-keeping obligations under Australian tax law.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone outside our team except where it is needed to deliver your service (for example lodging with the ATO) or where the law requires it.

Client work papers are stored securely and accessed only by staff working on your matter.
